The service
Ballarat Restumping Connect handles website enquiries and possible independent provider referrals. We do not carry out, design, supervise or contract for physical building work, and do not provide engineering, legal or emergency advice. Partner arrangements are being established at launch.
Your request
Provide accurate information about a property or project you are authorised to discuss. Submit only relevant project details, without sensitive documents, payment information or private access codes. An enquiry is not a booking, acceptance of a quote or building contract.
Availability and suitability
We do not guarantee a referral, response time, appointment, price, method, workmanship or outcome. An independent provider decides whether the project fits their scope and capacity. Visible symptoms do not establish that restumping or levelling is necessary.
Independent assessments and work
Any inspection, report, engineering, permit, repair or other physical work is agreed directly with the provider. Check their identity, current registration, relevant scope, insurance, quote inclusions, payment terms and warranties. Any assessment fee should be disclosed and agreed before it is incurred.
Fees and funding
The website charges no fee to submit an enquiry. A contractor may pay the operator for referrals, advertising or an ongoing arrangement. That payment does not verify suitability, guarantee work or oblige you to accept a proposal. You may compare other providers.
General information and safety
Website information and indicative price guides do not replace a property inspection, professional advice or a written quote. Do not enter an unsafe subfloor, lift the house or disturb supports to prepare an enquiry. Seek appropriate urgent assistance if there is immediate danger.
Privacy and concerns
Form consent authorises relevant enquiry handling and possible sharing under the privacy policy. Contact the operator about website or referral concerns; also raise physical-work concerns directly with the provider.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. These terms concern the website enquiry service; a contractor's building agreement is separate.
