The form collects your name, selected phone or email contact, suburb/postcode and any optional project note. We record the type of enquiry associated with the page. We also collect the enquiry page, time and consent so the request can be handled. Do not submit identity documents, payment details, access codes or sensitive personal information.
How information is used
Details are used to receive and review the request, respond, ask relevant questions and, with your consent, make a possible referral to an independent provider. Contractors may contact you about the specific enquiry. We do not sell details as a marketing mailing list or use the form to subscribe you to unrelated advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Formspree receives, stores and delivers submissions, and provides spam filtering and CAPTCHA protection. Cloudflare hosts the new website. Vercel continues to host the previous address during migration. The operator's email provider stores delivered messages. These services may process contact details, technical or network information and anti-abuse signals. Processing may occur outside Australia. Relevant details may be shared with an independent provider for the enquiry, or disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
Cookies and technical data
No advertising pixel, analytics tracker or remarketing tag is currently configured. Hosting and spam-prevention services may process IP addresses, security logs and cookies or similar identifiers necessary for their functions. The form submits securely from this website to Formspree. Google reCAPTCHA v3 loads when you submit to assess spam risk; its technical signals are processed by Google. Retention and security
Enquiries are retained as reasonably needed to handle the request, manage a referral and meet applicable obligations. Access should be limited to the people handling those activities. Online transmission and storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
Contact the operator to request access, correction or deletion, or to withdraw consent for future referrals. We may need proportionate information to identify the request. Providers may retain their own copies and some records may need to be kept for legal or recordkeeping purposes.
