1. Describe the property

   Provide your name, a contact method, suburb and what you have noticed. House type, previous work and timing are optional details that can help. Exact measurements are not required.

2. We review the request

   The website operator receives the enquiry and reviews the location and project fit. We may ask for more information and, with your consent, share relevant details with a suitable independent provider if one is available.

3. The contractor assesses and quotes

   The independent provider confirms their scope and availability, discusses any inspection fee and arranges an assessment where appropriate. You decide whether to accept their written proposal.

At launch

Partner arrangements are being established. A referral, response time, quote or appointment is not guaranteed. If no suitable referral is available, the operator can tell you so; submitting this form does not commit you to work.

Who gets paid?

Sending an enquiry is free for the property owner. A contractor may pay the operator for referrals, advertising or an ongoing arrangement. Inspection, engineering and physical work fees are separate and agreed directly with the provider.

Your details and your choice

The required consent allows relevant enquiry handling and possible sharing. We do not sell details as a marketing mailing list. You can request correction or withdraw consent for future referrals by contacting the operator. Read the privacy policy and enquiry terms.
